2 Year Follow Up

FEED1 Fluids exclusively enteral from day 1. We are delighted to announce that the NIHR HTA board have approved funding for 2 year neurodevelopmental follow up and health economics analysis for the FEED1 trial.  We welcome Professor Samantha Johnson to the team. She will be working with us to conduct the 2 year neurodevelopmental follow up. We are thrilled to have her in the group. Samantha Johnson is a Professor of Child Development in the Department of Health Sciences, University of Leicester. Her research interests are focused on the study of long term outcomes following high risk birth and she has a programme of research aimed at understanding and improving developmental, psychological and educational outcomes for children born preterm. She is involved in a range of cohort studies and clinical trials of perinatal interventions and has a keen interest in developing methods for outcome assessment.
